Wisconsin Drug Laws – Possession with Intent – Penalties

The prosecution can determine you had the intent to sell or manufacture by looking at the circumstances of your case. Things like the amount of controlled substances and the presence of distributing paraphernalia (baggies, scales, etc) can all be used as indicators of your intent.

Like simple possession, the charge and penalty you face depends largely on the substance and amount you are caught with.
